Two years in a row we had the same problem & the second year the service personnel worked hard to find the root cause & fix it for good. This was a complimentary service call since it was not caught the previous year and we were very pleased with such stellar customer service.

I was very impressed from start to finish. Overall it was a pleasant and painless experience. My old furnace finally gave out and I had a new one in no time. The service was friendly and professional, the installers were clean, friendly, informative, fast, polite and cleaned up after It was very organized. The office staff were awesome too.

11/07/2008 OUR PREVIOUS FURNACE WAS OVER 30 YRS. OLD. IT SEEMED TO TAKE FOREVER TO HEAT THE HOUSE. WE WERE ALWAYS TURNING THE HEAT UP TO 80. OUR NEW FURNACE IS SET AT 71 AND THE HOUSE IS WARM AND COMFORTABLE.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY HOT WATER TANK AFTER INSTALLATION OF MY FURNACE AND HOT WATER TANK. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND TOOK CARE OF ISSUE TO MY SATISFACTION.
WE ALSO HAD OUR DUCTS WORKED ON AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB VERY COURTEOUS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TIDY
I have always dealt with LSM, as I had an old 35 year old Lenox furnace which was replaced with the new high efficiency Lennox furnace. As you can see the Lennox products are excellent, the service and staff have been wonderful, and I will always deal with LSM. No complaints here. Thank you for taking time read my comments.
My friend also purchased a Lennox and is happy with the product and installation.

Dear Gordie,

My husband and I recently built a home and Lee's provided the heating system. It took a long time to complete the building process but Lee's was usually able to work within the schedule and complete work as required. We did have a few call back on the items to finish up.

We would like to thank Ed Liedke for the professional manner in which he got the job wrapped up. He personally saw to the work being completed and any deficiencies rectified. He was courteous and very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He also followed up when he said he would, without us having to contact him.

We would also like to comment Darren, the service technician. It is wonderful to work with someone who seems to genuinely like people and enjoy what he is doing. He was very thorough and delivered when he promised.

Please convey our thanks to both of these gentlemen for a job well done.

Dear LSM

I'm the fellow that won the Lennox furnace at your 40th Anniversary barbeque open house. The furnace was installed about a month ago and is working excellent. The house now has an even temperature throughout. I am also very pleased with the job your technicians did installing the furnace as well.
