Apart from the recruiting, interviewing, selection, and orientation of employees, the HR department is a support for the entire company, serving as a liaison between management and the employees. HR will help address personnel issues, enforce employment standards, support safety and our safety program, assist with implementing the best employment practices, assist with personnel evaluations, and maintain HR databases. HR can generate reports on anything ranging from individuals, departments, the workforce, and the industry.
