is a regular maintenance program that is a proactive and cost effective method of achieving maximum equipment life expectancy; reducing operating costs and repairs. Avoid potential equipment issues by letting our technicians do the often overlooked maintenance, like filter changes.
When you participate in our Planned Service program and a problem does develop, our service technicians are able to troubleshoot much more quickly as they are familiar with your equipment and can consult maintenance records.

Bring your repair to us
LSM Service Division is set up to do many repairs in our shop; we don’t have to travel to the site, which will reduce repair costs. We can often complete the repair the same day.

LSM utilizes Reliable Controls as our control system of choice. This brand of automated direct digital controls gives you remote building monitoring and troubleshooting.
