Exceptional service from LSM! I work for a local fleet company, we needed a specialty bracket duplicated in a pinch and they were able to manufacture the bracket cheaper than our usual supplier. Shoutout to Owen for handling our order in a timely matter. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in GP for sheet metal needs!
We have dealt with LSM for over 20 years. From a New Year’s Eve furnace repair in -30C conditions to our most recent A/C install, LSM and their employees have always been professional, personable, respectful, and informational. They genuinely seem happy that they are there working for you, the customer, and it is NOT a scripted act. So many companies I have noticed when phoning or calling on them, have their script ( and can tell ), and only go through the motions because it is a company directive. Not LSM, from Tina, who we dealt with on our last interaction, to the two technicians that did the install, and the fellow that did the start-up, all impeccable people. Lee’s Sheet Metal gives us a reason NOT to look elsewhere. Their professionalism has not changed in the years we have been dealing with them. And that, to me, is the key to their success. Just a short note to say what a good job the guys did during our recent A/C retrofit. Rob and Josh worked without stopping and were very professional, clean, and meticulous in going about their business. It was a very complicated install in many ways, snd yet they worked through everything together to solve problems new to them with the new equipment features. It was also a nice touch to have John come in at the end to help verify the start-up and to see the features of the new system. Greg also picked up on a few issues with our current furnaces and ductwork configuration which was a bonus!!
LSM truly has some very good techs over there, and they are very proud and committed to LSM.

Thank you very much for you help Greg, we now have heat was amazing with the help in getting a furnace blower motor, this was the one we took out not sure how long the plastic had been on the shaft we have always had a filter on it .(we think it was from when the house was built)
Like to give a positive shout out to a company in GP. Everyone has seen the post the crap but not the goods. Called LSM at exactly 3:08 pm, hoping to get someone to come look at my furnace. It’s still functioning. Just making some weird growling noises. Lol. Figured they would get someone out in the next couple week. Their repair guy showed up at my house in the country at 3:47 with all the parts. Needed a new motor fan thing and another part. By 4:14 he had it all fixed, the invoice in hand and was pulling out of my driveway. Super awesome guy. Like…. I’ve never had such good, fast service. Anyway. Thanks, LSM. Great customer experience today.
We were very pleased with LSM when we needed to replace our furnace. The problem occurred late in the afternoon on a Friday and the after hours tech was there within an hour and diagnosed the problem. He said he would check my options and report back on Monday which he did. We elected to replace versus repair and they were ready to install within days with the details handled by Tina. The installers were very professional and careful when doing the installation of the furnace. I needed some final adjustments and tuning of the new unit and one call to Greg and he sent John over to make the required fine tuning. He was very knowledgeable and informative of the new unit. I have dealt with LSM in the past and would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
Once again stellar service from LSM. They were able to diagnose the issue – walked me through what we could do to correct or work around the issue (oversized furnace with properly sized duct- furnace kept shutting down on high limit.) We replaced the lesser brand furnace with a Lennox that was sized properly and it’s crazy quiet compared to the original builder installed furnace.
All around great experience! Decided it was time for a furnace upgrade. Called LSM for a quote, they sent someone to my home a few days later to measure, and assess the needs. I had a quote in email the next day with 3 options. Called and discussed the options and differences and indicated I’d like to move forward. Install booked for one week later. 2 gentlemen showed up on time, installed the new furnace, took away the old one, and relocated my thermostat for me at my request. They did a clean and professional install, all the new venting and everything looks very nice and neat. Cleaned up all their mess and were overall just great guys. Even gave them a $20 to buy themselves coffee and breakfast on me for the next day.
I’ve had LSM do several fab jobs for me over the years and they have always had the job completed on time and on spec at a reasonable price. What else could you ask for?
Lees Sheet Metal did a great job installing our new Lennox air conditioner. They were on time, courteous, and professional. They ran into some complications with the installation and dealt with them very well and in a professional manner. I would recommend Lees Sheet Metal and I would use them again, should the situation arise.
I have never had a bad experience with LSM. The techs are always on time, helpful and treat my house as their own. They are my first choice for heating, cooling and Navien support.
